Terms of use

Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this site are Copyright © 2008 CPD.
All rights reserved.

This site contains copyrighted material including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, video, graphics, music and sound, and the entire contents of CPD are copyrighted as a collective work under the United States copyright laws. CPD owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of such content, as well as in the content original to it.

Linking to CPD from Other Sites

Developers of other Web sites are welcome to create links on their sites to the CPD site, provided that the content is presented in such a way that there is no confusion as to the source of the materials. For example, it would be inappropriate to create a frameset in which a portion of the CPD site appears such that a site visitor might think that the content belongs to the other Web site and not to CPD. All copyright notices, author attributions, and Web site attributions should be left intact.

Using Portions of the CPD Site in Other Published Media (including electronic)

Brief quotes from the CPD site can be used in other published media, as long as any and all copyright notices and author attributions remain intact. At a minimum, all references to CPD materials should include the CPD name and a reference to the CPD Web site (www.cpd.usu.edu).

Express permission is required to use extended quotations, entire page quotations, multimedia elements, software, documents, and other similar content.
