Carol Crawford

Carol Crawford is a Recruitment Analyst for the Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE). Her background brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role. Working at the state level, Carol partnered with numerous universities and foundations to support recruitment activities for special education teachers and related service providers. She managed two IDEA State Personnel Development Grants (SPDG) funded by the U.S. Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). The grant activities strengthened statewide teacher recruitment efforts with a TAESE supported employment website and annual statewide recruitment fair.
