Celeste Hampton

Celeste Hampton has been with the Center for Technical Assistance for Excellence in Special Education (TAESE) since August 2023. She is responsible for processing and managing all of TAESE's various contracts with individual States and organizations. Celeste received her B.S. degree in Elementary Education & Special Education from Western Governors University.
